Two Stone Puppies

TWO STONE PUPPIES When your puppies were dying, you didn't notice me crying. I know they licked your face, and did the things all puppies do, Oh! Lord! I cried for you! Lord I cried for you. But you got your laughs on the run between the Y and a Cinnabon. Puppies cry and so did I, while you thought it was so much fun. When your boyfriend was lying, you didn't notice me crying. I know it hurt you deep, the way a love can always do, Oh! Lord! I cried for you! Lord I cried for you. But you got your laughs on the run between the Y and a Cinnabon. Puppies cry and so did I, while you thought it was so much fun. Two stone puppies, they will never die, Never will they die. © ron wilson aka Vee Bdosa the Doylestown Poet
