Two Sides
If I could tell you what’s on the other side of the world
Clearly there are stories hard to tell, hard to comprehend
If you wished to know what’s on the other side of the world
I think you need to know, you have to know
Some say life is tough, plain and boring
When it seems giving you everything you need
You got a warm cozy bed and fancy cars to drive
Still it’s not enough for you, it’s never enough for us
You spend your time laughing, crying with your friends
Talking about the best thing to wear, the next things to buy
While some people are dying, crying and fighting for life
Their freedom’s being taken, living in injustice; yet we less to know
You spend hundreds of dollars to make you look like a queen
On the other side of the world people are fighting like a killing machine
Children losing their family, got nothing to eat, shivered in their sleeps
Now who am I deserved to say that life is not fair for me
Everything in this world has two sides
The good and the bad, happiness and agony, peace and destructive
It all for us to understand, it all for us to make a change
This is not just the words saying, try to open your heart
For not being greedy, not being prejudice
Actually we all live in the same house called earth
Being different is a gift blessed by heaven up above us
It’s all knowledge for us to comprehend, living in diversity
If only we all can change the way we think and behave
For no war could never happened
No poverty could never existed
For no children will cry in their hungry faces
If we all could reach them with a little bit of love
If this is the end of time
I wished that everything is going fine
But if this life don’t give meaning to anyone
So what we’ve done in here is such a waste of time
Try to give, try to hold, try to love
Try to be a little more empathy
If we could heed, we could help, we could reach
Then what we got is the world lives in harmony
