Two Little Girls At Xmas
Good friends, so loving.!!
Oh, but that was soon to go.
It was Christmas you see .
There were gifts to be opened.
They shouted with great glee!
Ah~ but that ended when...
The braided girl got two dolls!
Oh, my!
The other, really made a fuss
Said she to her braided friend:
"You only got it by accident!
"It fell off Santa's sled or such!"
She demanded to leave her friend,
On the next scheduled bus!
The braided girl wept.
The other, never got over it.
