Two Cents

There are many who may take offense At advice you may choose to dispense. You won’t get in a rut If you keep your mouth shut So resentment won’t therefore commence. For it’s best, when the moment presents, That you keep yourself up on that fence; Though if you’d been consulted None would be insulted By offering up your two cents.

My mother always told me, "If you have nothing good to say, say nothing at all." LOL I've kept my two cents to myself so often in this lifetime that I could use the extra cash to fly to Europe. LOL Enjoyed very much, Irene. Best wishes, Carolyn
