Twist of Fate

As I sat and thought
'your birthday is coming'
I smiled then frowned
realizing I have no money;
decided to go for a walk
didn't know what to do
then I found 5 dollars
and had a solution
walked up the hill
and bought a lottery ticket,
drew you a card
sealed your present
went to your house
what a look on your face!!
you read the card
gave me a hug
rubbed the ticket..
and now have a check
for 1 million dollars!
isn't it fabulous
isn't it great
what a wonderful
twist of fate

LOL Now that's a good day! Wish when I forget Birthdays I could catch a break like that. Well done!
