Dragon is splashing in the water puddles and singing 'Twist N Shout'. His penguins are following along behind him and dancing to 'Singing in The Rain'. We can't get those umbrellas out of the little penguins fipper, hand thingies. Oh well! If you can't beat them, join them... Dragon's becoming the pied piper of puddle jumping. The whole town is joining in, and doing their own thing to their favorite songs! Goes to show that... you can't keep a good town down. Take that Mister Rain Cloud! LOL...
