Twin Flame

I chose this not,
Yet it chose me –
My heart was blind
You made it see

You gave me wings
You found my soul
2 hearts made us one
now you are gone

My soul will know
My heart remember
The day my heart
I did surrender.

I’ll wait for you
Till there is no more -
Stone cold and blue
Right to the core...

I love you now
I will forever
Though we’re kept apart
I will not surrender

I will fight once more
To get to you
Till my dying breath
Reunites with you…
