Twilight Twixt Twins

Memories fade slowly Flickering with spurts of afterglow The bad and ugly quick to go The good crystallize, glint and twinkle Before fading like embers to ash, in fire out. Dawn is twilight played in reverse Memories the same Outcome backtracks to cause rewinds Sometimes we choose to forget what happened Cut the tape, pause the restart. Twilight is transition with fade Afterglow heralds night seeping in Gobbling morsels of last light's ruby red glow Storing rays, beams, shafts to kindle the dawn Night twixt twilight and first light twins. Photos are the afterglow of memories fading Triggers and prompts to awaken times past, In twilight years of life as we grow old Cherishing memories in one last afterglow As life span in twilight, fades and is gone.

But, are these things truly gone -- or, memorized by the universe. Interesting take on twilight. Congrats! :-)
