Twilight Magic

Pearlescent sand glistens on your skin; I gaze into warm eyes;
their sheen is the radiant blue of waves caressing this shore.
As stars appear - glittering - I’m shimmering into you.

Andrea, "I'm shimmering into you." I do love this phrase... I see that I'm not the only person ... oink! a limp okra's comment also mentions it:) Thanks for the congrats for Creation2 making it through first round. So not expecting this! lol

I really enjoyed this sijo, especially how you ended this so sweetly --loved that "shimmering into you" part :) --hugs sweetie and see you next time, ok? haha reading this reminded me to try writing a Sijo for Adeleke's contest-- lemme see now what I can come up with?? hugs again :)

That's beautiful, Andrea. So romantic! I imagined the plumber and his fiancee holding hands in the flooded hall when I saw the pic of Linda-Marie and her husband paddling in the sea LOL
