twilight
soft glow of colorful brilliance
the sun dips below the horizon
tips of its' light fade into night
the sun sets to harken dreams of dusk
the crown of the sun peaks above the horizon
and lifts the light of day with a glow of colors
painting the sky with the sun's rising
night surrenders to the promise of a new dawn
