Tv Commercials Disclaimers

I am listening to a list of glorious disclaimers on TV
That follow a commercial about a terrific new wonder drug that
helps you blow freckles off your arms.

Usually I am in the kitchen getting
Something to eat by now, but this time I already had my little
banana peanut butter sandwich with two package of chips on my
lap, so I actually listened to these darling side effects:

Possible heart attack
Possible stroke
Possible weight gain
Possible loss of bowel control
Possible lesions
Possible eye damage
Possible liver failure

There are ten others, but do I really need to continue?

Great poem, Caren. Your right. The drug commercials spend the majority of the time stating all the side effects. How the drug ever gets approved is a mystery to me. All the best, Warren

Love this, Caren. Our subject matter appears to be the same at times. I always read labels, medical or not. The FDA cares little for our health, favoring, it would seem, the food industry, which I believe to be the major cause of health problems in this country. Thanks for reading my poem on Martial, a big influence on my poetry. / M

When I look at the leaflet that comes with medication its frightening, some takers of this medication have experienced death, if this happens stop taking immediately and consult your doctor lol.
