Turquoise Sea, Coconut Trees and Turtles

Turquoise Sea, Coconut Trees And Turtles

Pristine see through waters
Turtles slide by
Rock to and fro as they go
They are my watch
In paradise with cracked coconuts

aha, you are a nature lover. I would be there reading a book probably though I would enjoy watching the turtles for a while!! Cute one!

Hi Andrea, Thank you so much. "Somewhere" is a nice place to be. It is a very tranquil "Somewhere." A book is a definite! I'm glad you liked the poem. Have a pleasant evening. Earl

I love the title, what great imagery; I can see the little ones moving down the shore. 7 and good luck in the contest

Hi Eve, Thank you so much. I'm glad you liked it. I wish I had more lines to develop the sea, tree and turtle concepts. I will probably create a more well rounded and comprehensive version of this poem in the days to come. Have a great day. Take care. Earl
