Turning Twenty One
And then....
she turned twenty one.
Moments in time flash through my mind
since she became mine.
Like a little pixie
spreading fairy dust.
Bursting with love and happiness.
Tumbling curls framing her smile.
All the while
in tune with one another.
Sleeping side by side or miles away.
In each other's thoughts.
And deeds.
Similar habits and turn of phrase.
I could forever gaze into her soul
through those eyes.
I love you my Precious, my Pudding,
My honey bun. Rena's the one
I'm thrilled to see
turning twenty one.
