Turned To Grey
There were so many dreams
I could have danced to
My palm is getting tired of expectations
My sleeve holds my grief
I am tired of sleeping
and threatened by my schemes
I wish I could have been a contender
my field of hope prevails over stepping stones
Our days have been useless
as a secret stored
