Turmoil

Turmoil heaves and bubbles Unending flow of troubles Plains of woe lay flat and relentless Tree line shadows, my thoughts new temptress Live in the moment, to navigate through Don't shrink from the task you know to be true Forest's rim so calm and inviting Nearly there now, anxiety subsiding Life's not a test but our journey's true purpose To travel the path and go where the hurt is Only thru suffering will we learn true compassion To lift veils of sorrow, don't cease loving action Accept the joy as well as the grief To give of oneself, there flows all relief
