Turkana

Beloved County of counties
Rich with resources been hunted by people
Though it's a shame that people don't honor her
She's productive that's one thing to know
Her cries are heard but does any1 come to rescue her?

Let's stop misusing her for our own selfish needs
Can't you see that her children are suckling empty breast?
She's suffering though she can still afford to feed her offsprings

This a county rich with culture around her
Don't you know of the Turkana boy?
It's a shame that leaders are leading their own lives

How long will they continue to ignore you Turkana?
So many questions revolving around my mind
It's sad that there is always a line drawn between humanity
Don't let that put you down, They is one whose just
Let the time comes if it's nearer than near
