Beloved County of counties Rich with resources been hunted by people Though it's a shame that people don't honor her She's productive that's one thing to know Her cries are heard but does any1 come to rescue her? Let's stop misusing her for our own selfish needs Can't you see that her children are suckling empty breast? She's suffering though she can still afford to feed her offsprings This a county rich with culture around her Don't you know of the Turkana boy? It's a shame that leaders are leading their own lives How long will they continue to ignore you Turkana? So many questions revolving around my mind It's sad that there is always a line drawn between humanity Don't let that put you down, They is one whose just Let the time comes if it's nearer than near
