Tunnel Vision

shake off the blinders
shatter your shameful shackles
shape your destiny
i see dreams thirst for freedom
and a soul plead for release

So beautiful. I don't know what "Tanka" is -I still have much to learn- yet I can say with certainly that this poem, though abrupt, was magical :)

Thanks, Kyle. You learn the forms one at a time. It's a long delightful (and/or delirious) process. LOL

The first three lines sure sound didactic - as long as I follow my own advice. Thanks for your visit, Paul.
