Tulips Like Angels

sun gave time; sun didn't give goodbye
the red heart, with a snip, cut out under halo's face
now she pulls it upward against this vase
after hovering curtains, stem's just too much weight
she's someone else once petals shed in flight

fallen tulips make believe angels do it

This is a very interesting poem. Classified as rhyme and personally I cannot understand. Is this blank verse. Perhaps a soupmail will help.
