Tulips

I’ve never seen such a sight, TULIPS.... Blooming in a place A palpitation of spring heartbeat that Unfolds into small town beauty As it blends into a rainbow of Yellow, pink, red.... And even the fawns came back into a short stretch Of twilight, Just to take one more look So Don’t blink when you drive through Because the Jersey May will disappear Once more into those thick woods of history.
