Tu Requerdo Your Memory

Tu Requerdo Tus ojos se me clavan en mi mente, y tu requerdo no lo puedo olvidar. Porque te atravesaste en mi camino? Porque no te seguiste? Porque me conociste? Veniste a mi y me enamoraste, y luego me dejaste. Your Memory Your eyes are stuck in my mind and your memory, I can't forget. Why did you have to cross my path? Why didn't you just keep on walking? Why did you have to meet me? You came to my life and seduced me and then you left me. Sometimes I think - it was only a dream, that you never really loved me, because you never really existed. Your memory I will take with me, in my mind and very deep in my heart. Your image has been engraved very deep in my mind, that as much as I tried - it can not be erased...

My friend, this is a gem for me. You just have this unique talent of skillfully putting it all together in a beautiful way. They say love is indelible and leaves its mark on your heart forever. So even after we have moved on, in some ways it is still with us. I hope you are doing well! Hugs. Pandita

I know this beautiful burden too Lucilla, keeping vigil for a saddened heart. A weight so very heavy, yet too precious to leave behind. I love the smoothe genuine feeling in this poem my friend. I wish that I could hear you read this to me, in both languages. This is a FAV. J.A.B.

Dear Lucilla, I have met some men like the one you describe here. The "love 'em and leave 'em" types are hard to identify at first. That's why I try to take things slowly. Men don't understand that, but I can see you do. Friendship has to come first for me - then other things come more naturally. Well penned! Love, Carolyn

Yes Carolyn; You are right. When we are young and in love - we don't see their defects. I only have one daughter . He was her father. I learned after that, not to trust.
