Tsunami

The two allies,
Rallied around,
To wage a war
Against Sri Lanka

Neither the British
Nor the Dutch
Or the Portuguese

Another the three-

Japanese Tsunami
Indonesian waves
Indian ocean
Rallied around
To wage a war
Against Sri Lanka

The sea of silence
Turned a full of violence
Oh, the waves
Obey the laws

Oh,the ocean
Cover the nation

For the thirty years
A civil war
In thirty minutes
An evil war-
Tsunami!

A violent arm
In waves form

Not a gun,
Not a bomb,
Turned a lot of orphans
A lot of widows

A lot cry
To wet the sky

Rich and poor
Big and small
A pramid of deaths
To put on earth

Soon,
First in food
Next in wood
The need of the hour

Come,
The sons of the soil
Not to tear
Not to fear
Rally around,
Build up the will
Guide them well!

Break the divisions,
As the Berlin wall,
Build the unity,
As the Chinese wall!

The sons of the soil,
Rally around,
To turn the Sri Lanka
A heaven of the ground!
