Truth

You’ve past through this portal called time
Space, year, and centuries left behind
Faded memories still come to you
Clouding your judgement and you think they are untrue
But in the far depths of your soul
You know the truth in what you were told
Yet here in this space and time
You find it hard to cross over that line
There is one that holds the truths you look for
The answers are all there and you will seek no more
Take your heart where your soul lies
See all your answers appear before your eyes
At peace you will be at last
For your present will know all your past

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
