True to myself

Staying true to myself
Being all I can be
Trying hard not to fail
At the things that I do
Keeping myself so tall

Staying true to myself
Always telling the truth
I am honest to all
True integrity wins
To be fake is to fall

Staying true to myself
Loving the life I lead
Missing those I have lost
Painful memories stay
Moving at any cost

Staying true to myself
Proud of all that I do
Seeing all I create
Reading words I combine
Knowing heaven can wait
