True Story

All of the sudden I awake from my dream, My body is so cold that I could scream. Out the corner of my eye I see a light, Then at the foot of my bed stood someone in white, When I realized who it was I was in total shock, He grabbed my hand and said "Let’s take a walk," I get to my feet and stand on his side, I was so nervous I didn't feel like I'd died, "Son when you are praying who is it for," "It’s for my wife, we're not together any more," "Of all the things to pray why pray for her," "Cause my love for her will never become a blur," "I don't want her to pay for the wrong I've done," "I just want her to see that she is the one," "And without her in my life I know I’ll die," "So take me now Father lets go to the sky," "I can't now son it’s not your time to go," "But my wife doesn't love me I feel so low," "If you’re not taking me Father why did You come to me," "I came here to ask you to set her free," "She loves you son but she's had enough," "Just give her time son I know it’s rough," "If she ever had any love she will forgive you," "Forgetting won’t be easy but your love is true," "No matter what has happen love will overcome it," "So just open your eyes and give her a little bit," "And one day soon you both will finally know," "How to hold on to each other and let the love grow," "Now close your eyes son this was all just a dream," "One day you two will be Gods greatest team!"
