True Love

I close my eyes still I see,
and I know that it's not a dream.
When I feel your lips touch mine,
our tongues dance my soul screams.

When I look into those baby blues,
so much is said without even a word.
You smile could light the darkest night,
and your heart has just begun to stir.

Just seeing you from across the room,
my once lonely heart begins to race,
Every waking moment throughout the day,
to exist only to keep a smile on your face.

For all that up have awakened in me,
new emotions I never knew existed.
                           All these feelings so overwhelming,
for you my love I can't resist.

Love for the first time so bold,
more than I ever could have thought.
Anything before now just a facade,
before lettingyou come into my heart.
