True love remains within your heart
As if placed there and placed divine
Forever stamped right from the start
A part is yours and part is mine
Do not fear great time or distance
True love remains within your heart
Shielded from singular instance
Of temper short and cutting dart
Perhaps there will be time apart
For reasons that are now not known
True love remains within your heart
To weather storms and winds so blown
Fear not the loss of growing old
Or dimness of an aging part
There is a sense that remains bold
True love remains within your heart
