True Leaders Are Followed
Leaders only lead when the people want to follow
show respect to gain respect not power mad and callow
know your role, your rights and limits
abusing them will see you finished
When people are the ones you lead
people are the ones you need
you don't lead people once they leave
they'll turn on you and set you free
Authority, when it's abused
will always end with it removed
history has shown this true
true leaders aren't sacked like you
You had the chance and it was wasted
you weren't immune, you were hated
a nobody before power you tasted
and nothing now stalking frustrated
Girl you live a sad existence
karma's back, you've no defence
