True Friendship
Your the reason I smile
its a rare opportunity that
knocks on our door once
in a while.
This simple verse
while not well rehearsed
comes from a genuine and
sincere place
you are a blessing my
friend.
the world would be a much
better place
if there were more
people like you in it.
May you reap the
kindness that you
have shown
may your hopes
and dreams
come true and if it ever
the rain pours down on
you may I be like sunlight
to you so that I can
always see you through.
