a painting resonates our own life dreams
this born out of a crazy time of teens
a sculpture reconstructs a deep fervor
all grown from a sensory observer
a song evokes a longing a passion
encouraging immediate action
a poem paints and colors a free mind
and sometimes a slow memory rewind
a book engrosses intimate senses
breaking down your limiting defenses
a movie escapes life reality
transforming an imagination free
criticism is reserved for family
they alone turn happy to fallacy
