Tropical Kiss
Kiss me goodbye
Until lips are numbed
The mouth is dry
And the mind stupefied
Lick, suck, taste
Exotic fruit to native lips
Thick, swollen purple-red
Taste a 1000 islands
Kiss me back
I’m high on my toes
Don’t hold back
I need you close
Only then will I let go
Once more please
Maybe then I’ll know
True love’s kiss
Kiss me goodnight
It’ll be enough
To miss you all night
The rest of my life
