Tripped and Fell For Everything
its all green.
even when everything is gray.
it's all growing bountiful
inside my fists.
they're clenched and bruised.
the dirt found in my palm
seeds the most perfect flower.
with vines soft and brown
curving between my fingers,
sprout.
it's all in bloom right here.
it's all rippening before my eyes.
with seasons shifting
and souls twisting
in our hearts.
but it is so clear.
an air of diamonds.
the crystal formations circle my body,
and everything is so golden.
all floating in the room of peaches.
bubbing up, up, up
away from here.
the night is dripping
in from the window
and seeping like honey
across my knees.
so i move.
