Trillium

Three delicate white petals plus three green leaves describes Ontario's official flower. Songbirds migrate back to sing in early spring, and depending on the rain the ground receives; trillium carpet the scene with white blossoms. When icicles no longer cling to the eaves, fresh fragrances of spring saturate the air. And snowmen soon slip away like frightened thieves seeking shelter from a warm April shower. In early spring, songbirds migrate back to sing above tapestries, the white trillium weaves.

A beautiful tribute to a beautiful flower Emile. So many wonderfully creative lines - "snowmen soon slip away like frightened thieves!" Absolutely delightful! Congratulations on your win dear friend. Blessings of trilliums to you!

Intriguing, Emile, leave it to google to plaster awe on my face -- on a separate note, abracadabra becomes tough as reversing is a telltale criterion -- my gratitude for your participation, and my compliments on your well-deserved placement my friend, Aloha!
