Trickles

evening is silent 

as gust trickles on asphalt 

ruffling umbrellas ---

fingers in coiled position

grasp steel rod not letting go

Lovey descriptive tanka Ashley - I have not used a brolly for many years it is too too windy on our Island and I see a 'graveyard' of torn material and spikes so i just use my waterproof coat these days:-) hugs Jan xx
