Trick Or Treat

Spooks ring my doorbell

Scare me out of my britches

      I bribe them with treats

Imps come by the gross

They get tons of bubble gum

      I keep the Snickers

I'm threatened with tricks

My cat bares his fangs at them

      He likes Snickers too

Witty haiku series, Bob. Do you really keep the Snickers for yourself? I only buy candy I don't like so I won't be tempted if there is some left over. Enjoyed and wish you well in the Halloween contest! Love, Carolyn
