Tribunal

You shouldn’t have been sacked
So I’m glad that we could meet
I think I’ve got it cracked
Won’t you please take a seat

You cannot be dismissed
Just because your boss is vexed
For if you work one Christmas
Then you shouldn’t work the next

December twenty-fourth and fifth
Just two days off this year
That’s called unfair dismissal
And we can help you here

I’d say we have a case
For it’s against employment laws
So let’s take down some details
What’s your first name Mr Claus?

You are right; the Big Boss can't lose, plus he has the support of millions of children who will not accept christmas presents every other year! Clever! Aloha!

Blimey, Rico… if that happened, dads would have to dress up as Santa… as if that could ever work! Terry

Very cute, Terry. I doubt if that gent can claw his job back, however. Season's Joy, Gershon

Well, as Santa’s boss is likely to be the big man upstairs, I doubt he would win his case. All the best for the coming year, Gershon. Terry

Oh, this one is precious, Terry. So, so funny. I'm assuming your head of the labor union, right?
