Triangle

Hot passion sear through the molten air
Blind emotions of ardour lives within
Love is entangled in a snare
Restless bondage has a struggling been
One with a gift, an offering therein
Other a sympathizer, a compassionate soul
Black scar of passion an original sin
Shroud veils the wound and take its toll
An ally plays the enemy’s role
Heart’s hidden flame dies a sad death
Compassion now shares the soul
Warmth of love suppressed in a breath
Perhaps remaining single, a novice in oblivion
Expecting a better choice, a better solution
