Trial and Error In Africa

I give up in despair
The damage to repair
Second hand theories abound
Seeking to keep me safe and sound

The laws are changing fast
Communal activities now in the past
Quarantines and lockdowns they order
Virtually sealing the border

We must all get infected
Some practices we have rejected
Morphing into copy cats
While waiting to become laboratory rats

Well Melvin, in South Africa, I am glad Zuma is nt leading us during COVID19. Ramaphosa is a praying man, at least a more sane man. Yes, "second hand theories abound [and] morphing into copy cats" we are in my land of birth. I am ethnic Indian from 1860s indentured contract laborers for Natal Sugar estates. Blessings/shalom/Vrede
