Trees of Old

Trees have a kind of flexibility,
Given time they will grow
And left untouched
Branches will wrap around
With twisted, gnarled limbs,
Integrating themselves
Into unintentional abstract art.
A photographer's dream.

Good question. I sometimes wonder the same thing myself. Especially about those trees that are six feet or greater in diameter.

As an artist I love to sketch the twisted gnarled tress. Makes an interesting black and white picture of character of a tree. Thanks for stopping by and for your comment. Warm Smiles, Connie

hey, this is really cool. And it reminded me of another poem somebody else here wrote last week on the same topic. VERY nicely done!

Thank you Andrea for your comment and stopping by. This is one of my favorite writes. As an artist I love to draw trees. Such characteristic each one has. So different yet the same. Warm Smiles, Connie
