Trees Are Nice
Trees are nice….
Perfectly formed…
Twisting, turning,
Lifting up leafy hands
To the sky…
If reincarnation were true…
(and I know it isn’t)
I’d come back as a tree…
Why?
Trees live twice as long as man,
Don’t you see?
