Treasure Hunt Within My Mind

I’ve got a lot upon my mind
My face is the mask that it hides behind
I act okay and treat others kind
But forever I search and no peace do I find

I search and look to find my peace
On a treasure hunt that never cease
Others cannot help me too
Not even to give a single clue
The hunt is mine within my brain
This unsolvable mystery driving me insane

So if it looks as if I’m staring into space
An empty expression upon my face
Don’t be concerned, don’t be alarmed
Your Words to me have done no harm

I’m only trying to contemplate
The next move in my mind to make
To come closer to finding the prize
In the treasure hunt within my mind
