Treacherous Heart

TREACHEROUS HEART

Oh, my treacherous
Heart,
How much I hate you,
Each time you accept
Ridicule
As
Reward for your noble
And
Precious love!

I know what a treacherous heart can do! This was a very expressive write, Demetrios. Great sentiments expressed well. A 7.

This is an outstanding and truthful write! I must agree with you, when you look into my past my heart had suffered pangs of this ridicule quite frequently before I found my true love! Then all love that I gave out was never found to be on ridicule! I loved reading this enlightening poem this evening! What a powerful piece, Great Work!!
