Trauma

lives
shaped by trauma
scars on hearts
and minds
dominate thought and feeling
inflicting anger
that's nourished and cuddled
with justification
self consuming delicious
rage
I didn't mean
to put in you
I let go
way too late
it took therapy
on my knees
praying
you
let go too
