it is letting go of the past
it comes to us when we
accept ourselves
and decide who we will be
and accept that life always changes
it never stays the same
it is not in yearning for the impossible
it is not in being judgemental
it can only be reached with a quiet mind
face life with your natural mind
not your conditioned mind
tranquility is not created
as it dwells within us already
it is a garden where your soul
can grow ...
