ARRIBAS Calm Seas of Tranquility Sought by All, Found by Few Earthly Demands, Nuisances, Deflections; a Potent Brew Distract One from Calmness Needed to Resist the Blows Constant Meaningless Disruptions That Steal Ones Pose Tranquility Requires Total Surrender, Capitulation In Order to Oust Resistance, Frustration, Manipulation How Can We Seek the Unique Moment of Serene Solace While Constantly Bombarded with Meaningless Detritus Need to Be Selective, What We Deem Worthy to Ingest Measure the Value of the Event: Accept or Reject Every Moment of Life to Be Celebrated with Poise Seek out the Calmness of Serenity Discard Daily Noise
