Trampled Roses

Perplexed situation of heaven's hatred Ignored and plundered by pricked pay trend Afore time we enjoyed cosy tosses Kissed and molested by noisy roses. Trapped, ambush and bushed into friendly curse. We watched ourselves slaughtered for no cause. Then, all we saw was our dancing toes Running around as lifeless toes ,oh foes! We were once cuckolding, hugging and loving When we'd dive into bed with loved ones longing Many a time gunshots met our kneels even brought us to our heels We watched ourselves travel to the sky many more, I thank the one above, heaven does not lie This is once a great city I mean the greatness no one would pity I remember those times we danced naked These bastards watched, mocked,we were by pain led lived by afflicted bread. Drank the water derived from the dead Beaten sores to our stiffened scarred skins Our bloods, often used in writing disdains like inks Our once pretty maidens, raped and caped Their bosoms now face the earth as if ape'd often,we dived into hot pot of pained laughter Where we lost our life's,knives and even our daughters We were foot mats, I mean warm footmats Romanced by bacteria, malaria and even big rats. For heaven's sake why? some of us were taken to new life, lies!! All I could remember were loud cries I thank Almighty that I was killed Thanked, that my skin were like potatoes peeled imagine hibiscus trample roses
