Train Ride

I took the 2 train to the last stop
and on that ride I needed to figure
a couple of things out
My heart raced
and my stomach ached
I knew today was the day
and as silly as it seems
i'm a worrier
I contemplated my faith
that day before the train ride
was even over
I listened to soothing music
trying anything to calm me down
I promised myself that I would think
very carefully about what was about to be done
even than I had an inkling that today was the day
and I was correct
This was my last train ride being a virgin
I just didn't know it yet
