Touched By Your Flame
As we sat to warm
At the escaping fire's flame
My thought ran to you...
How you saved me from the storm
To which I would have been a game
You fought through as it blew...
I was dying helpless and cold
From the storm; ravaging arms
To you cuddled a fold
At my revival, wrapped in your arms.
I am touched
Your flame of love
It was such that I sought.
As my cold defeated
Your arms around me
I feel lifted
Burning and passionately teeming
I knew it wasn't the fire
It's your flame
Enveloped in my desire.
