This is something that most of us has experienced. I just found out that two of my dear friends are split up and are getting divorced. I have developed a great relationship with both of them and I am feeling saddened by their break-up. Break-ups cause hurt to so many, not just the two whom are envolved. Of course, I will remain friends with both of them...but I can only hope that things work out for the best.

For twenty-five long years they loved each other Good friends of mine, like sister and brother We've double-dated so many a time And we helped each other to reach the hills we'd climb We laughed, we cried and shared our emotions And gave to each other our life-long devotions Then, I heard they were getting divorced And just like that a relationship lost I'm sure when I say that they both have been hurt By the words that they've said in anger they'd blurt But I can't stop my feeling of hurting for them...and me too For the loss of this fine couple that my wife and I knew I feel kind of empty in my soul and my heart Hoping for the best, for them both...a new start Perhaps, one day they will get back together By chance that they don't- I'll still love them both...forever

A wonderful and true story. Some people love each other but can't be married. I have seen this a few times. We also never know what really goes on behind closed doors. Love is not always as good as it looks. Have a blessed day..............................

wow, that would be such a hard thing, especially if you have been doing lots of great things with them all the time. I have seen really good marriages break up, far better than mine, and honestly, I Just DON'T get it!!!!
