Torment
Tormenting my days and nights
Nothing seems like reality it doesn't feel right.
Something brushing against me touching my arm
How can u fight what doesn't take form
Hold ur breath fearing you're breathing too loud
Silently tip toeing then into you it plowed
Running along your goosebumped skin
Looking for weaknesses to find a way in.
Rapidly moving across your whole being
Feeling it's iced soul rapidly as it came it's fleeing.
Again scared frozen stuck in place
Searching the darkness for a face
Pressure changing around you once more
This time low lying close to the floor
Creeping moving slow and steady like the tide
Not wavering no reason to hide
Frozen dead in this spot
Icy fingers had me caught
Up my ankles seeping in deep
Evil overtook me the price was too steep
